Upon booking, you already have a ton of restrictions. but basically it boils down to service. The wait staff does not speak English, so communicating needs was difficult. Everyone basically just stopped asking for anything. The bartenders were preoccupied on their phones for most of the evening, and barely acknowledged customers. They even ran out of 2/3rds of their spirits halfway through the evening; didn't bother to replenish. Food was subpar, microwaved. And to top it off, explaining dissatisfaction to the managers/owners fell on deaf ears; they are the rudest people! They even TOLD me I should have gone with someone else! They would not discount or refund any amount paid for their *cough* "services". I would highly recommend you go with another company for your event.
