We have used Vital Link for three family members and have been very pleased with the company's services. They are responsive and caring, making it easy for us to set up the service for our out-of-town relatives.
It's a family-run company whose owners really care and that shows in their commitment to quality and customer service. Vital Link gave our relatives peace of mind plus we found we worried less about their health and safety knowing Vital Link was on the job 24/7. While they are based in the Bay Area, they can set up a medical alert device anywhere in the U.S.

I can't say how relieved I am to have the services of Vital Link to watch over my beloved family members. We have used Vital Link for my aunt, mother and sister. Aunt Lee lived in San Diego and was growing infirm and had major health issues. She lived alone in her house and we were all worried about her falling or having a medical emergency. She agreed to have Vital Link install a medical alert device only because I told her it would make me feel better but in the end it helped her to stay independent and enjoy her own home. My mother lived in a senior complex in San Diego where each apartment had an emergency pull cord in the bathroom. She was frail and in ill health and I was concerned that she might not be able to reach the pull cord if she had an issue. It gave us all immense peace of mind having her wear the emergency pendant so she could get help no matter where she was in the apartment. Vital Link also installed a unit in my sister's apartment in Eugene, Oregon, where she lives alone. While she is still relatively young, she has balance and fall issues. Once again Vital Link with its 24/7 monitoring has made a difference to my family's lives.
