Ordered pizza online on the App. Made a mistake and placed carryout instead of delivery. Called store immediately to switch. Girl said "no problem, we just need to void this order, enter a new one and should be 45-50 minutes". An hour later they call and say there was a mix up and was still going to take another 45 minutes. At this point I had 3 kids waiting on a pizza. Asked for a manager. Got a girl named Ashley who was completely useless and didn't do any good. This papa johns is 7 minutes from my house and they couldn't figure out how to correct their own issues for the customer. Customer service was useless. On other occasions they have been very late on deliveries and also not so good at the customer service. We used to use this location as a company lunch treat for our employees and used to spend quite a bit of money annually with them. If you want good customer service and good pizza then you should go someplace else.
