Rarely do i write reviews, in fact this is my first on google, but i thought it would be helpful with the goal of fixing the problem. I ordered four shirts from PC almost 4 weeks ago. They sent me the test shirt which was great. Since then, i was informed 1 of the 3 remaining was sold out--4 weeks after i placed the order and paid for the order. One week after getting that notice, i was informed a second shirt was sold out. Mind you, all after i had made the order and paid for the order in full.

Shirt is good and customer service seems good but there is something inherently flawed in their process. For a shirt to be sold out 4 weeks after i made the order is not logical. That means they are fulfilling orders that are made after my order. Otherwise the shirt would've registered sold out when i tried to initially buy it. The process should be to set aside the fabric once the order is made--that avoids this situation.

None of this is the end of the world. But not the best first experience.
