First I want to comment to the guy who called Jim a crook. I personally take offense to your statement. You say you have a letter? I would like to see it. I worked at this company since the fall of 1994. I took pride in what was being manufactured. In 2007 the plant was scheduled to shut down due to not enough return on investment for the Fortune 500 corporation that owned us. Over 200 hard working individuals were about to loose their jobs. Many were husband and wives with children. Those households would have had no income. Jim Shear and his Team (The Fabulous Four) is what I called them saved our jobs, our lives, and gave us hope. Now I will tell you sir, Those men are the best men I have ever worked for. Can you say you have impacted thousands of peoples lives in a positive manner like these gentlemen? I highly doubt it. My last day at CMP is 3/2/2015. I have a opportunity to further advance myself at another company. If Jim and his team were still with CMP so would I. Feel free to comment back.
