Awful service. Stayed there during the World Cup. ...

Awful service. Stayed there during the World Cup. They locked all the guests out of the hotel for an hour because the French team was having dinner. Tried to talk to the manager she was nowhere to be seen. This was at around 1 am after a very tired day where all I wanted to do was sleep. When I complained to the hotel staff they just laughed and said there was nothing they could do.
