I have been an employee of thistlecreek for about 16 years. Monica became our new boss afew month's ago. I cannot say enough good things about her, she listens to our problems, accommodates us with our schedules, is passionate and truly works with her heart, is supportive, caring and works very hard to make sure that the clients needs are not only met but surpassed and makes sure that they are paired with the right care-giver.
