I only have experience with the adoption process but the staff and volunteers were great. They walked me through the process and introduced me to the cats they thought would be a good fit for our family. The paperwork and interview were more extensive than I thought they would be but that's a good thing, just prepare to take several hours out of your day.

They will have to call any people in your household not in attendance to get the ok on bring a pet home. This worried me as I care for my grandma who talks very quietly they were very understanding and patient with her on the phone.

All in all it was a great experience and were all in love with our girlie!
