This is my second time. The first time was great. This time was disappointing as I brought someone from Florida who was so looking forward to seeing the Library. The problem with today...a weekday...was there was an over abundance with kids on a field trip visiting. The Staff was rude to us as one of the fellow staffers asked him if this couple could pass through the student crowd...the response from the staffer was...GOOD LUCK!! I promote kids visiting but the staff just roads over any lingering people...we did not enjoy the library the way we should have...the only peace we got was to enjoy lunch out overlooking Simi Valley. My advice to those visiting during school visits...DON'T!!

And...the staffers attack you at the front entrance to sell upscale donations. I never had this at Bush's Libraries...it's annoying. So my first experience was great as is why I recommended someone fly across the country to see it...I will not make that mistake again.
