My first time visit at Midwest Orthopaedics was a pleasant one. The parking was close to my appointment as I opted to not use valet. Upon entering I was welcomed by the information attendant who directed me to my destination. Once I arrived for my appointment the reception attendants were all professionally assisting others. My appointment time was honored and I was treated courteously and patiently. Never rushed. I was informed of a timely solution to my ailment which was followed by visits of an administrative assistant and further information and contact information was given. Excellent services were rendered.
