It's IKEA - we all know what it's like. Hotel California. Designed so "You Can Never Leave" - but fun to spend an hour or so shopping in.

Cheap corner is not as cheap as it once was. Downstairs dining area dirty.

Hence, only 4 instead of 5 stars.
