This is for the Service Department! I called at 8 to inquire about tires. I was placed on hold then hung up on. I've been calling back only to never have my call answered. I actually hear a guy answering & placing me back on hold. This seems to be a trend in poor customer service with servicing at a Dallas & Plano Audi. Really makes me want to trade in my car to avoid dealing with them all together!
