Customer service non-existent. I just disputed the $136 charge with my credit card company as they failed to ship the product as promised and ignored five written requests for information and confirmation of shipment. No phone number listed on the website. Website says to expect a prompt reply and an answer within 24 hours. I have received no replies in almost two weeks. I sent an email on 6/1 again asking for a status, and advising that I would have to dispute the charge and cancel the order if I did not receipt a phone call or response by the close of business on 6/3/19. It is now 6/4/19 and still no response whatsoever. Buy at your own risk.
