First off the show was amazing ,Jimmy Fortune and T. Graham Brown were fanastic...but we will never go again. I booked our tickets 3 months ago online I wanted as close to the stage as possible because my husband is a disabled vet and my parents are in their late 70s and we were treating them to the show. We were in seats 1234 on row G, when were arrived at 7:15 there was no parking left, I had to let them out and park on the very top of the hill behind the place and walk 1/4 mile to get back to parking lot and mind you were in a disabled van. Didn't matter to them at all. Once inside someone had taken our seats and we were told to stand against the wall until this RUDE USHER whom looked like she was in her 70's also could decide what to do. The show started we missed the whole first 15 minutes arguing for a seat, we were embarrassed and very angry. My parents had stood as long as the could and my disabled husband was ready to sit in the floor. We were told the seats had been over booked and they would "try" to find us a seat. They moved us to the landing area in the center of the theatre, where we were told to just wait. The manager finally came out and told us she guessed they could make the elderly people move from our seats but didnt know what they would do with them ! My husband was so mad and my poor parents were embarrassed and we were missing the show. They finally brought out straight back chairs and told us to just sit where we were, in the landing area were everyone walked through , and them the usher comes out and stands beside us with her flashlight constantly in our faces. What parts of the show we heard were amazing , but we were not offered anything , not even a drink or popcorn for the mess . I felt like we were treated very badly and you know its bad when other guest come to you after the show and tell you how sorry they are that we were treated so bad. Never again will we ever go back.
