Small and depressing. I'm glad Aberdeen did something to recognize one of the greatest musicians America's ever produced, but it seems like a small, grudging effort. The whole town is incredibly depressing and barely hanging on, why not create a memorial that might attract positive tourism to boost the place culturally if not economically? Sad.
