Timeline: Thursday install of hot water heater, Saturday service call, Tuesday second service call. No hot water was the issue. After Two service calls the end result was an issue with the oil lines. While it was frustrating to deal with an issue that could have been resolved during the install, the end result, after two technicians worked extensively, was a replacement of the oil lines. Would I recommend this company? Sort of. The products are top of the line, the customer service of the two technicians as outstanding. I say sort of because if I were to leave a customers house with puddles on the ground, trash left behind, no explanation of the warrantee to the consumer, no explanation of the product to the consumer, no checking of the product after install prior to leaving the home I would not expect anyone to be a repeat customer. After Steve (manager) "made good" with us and the Technicians (Rich / Zach) came to the rescue for us, they may have changed my mind back to contacting this company for my future issues.
