Very bad experience, they are fraud, avoid them

Very bad experience, they are fraud, avoid them
I install new furnace and new air condition unit, the sales guy said the humidifier is new no need to change the tech guys broke the humidifier and they were asking for extra $1000 bucks to replace, also it been three months they have not come to replace the unit
