No complaints about the stock and I ve used this shop for years but was very disappointed when I bought embroidery silks recently.
Having misread the pattern, I bought by mistake twice as many silks as I needed. As soon as I got home I realised my mistake and phoned the shop to ask if I could return them. The manager refused. Bad decision, Fun to Do!
If they cannot be flexible for a regular customer who is supporting a local business and has made an honest mistake, I shall take my business elsewhere.
High street stores wonder why they are losing business to the internet where, from my experience, returns and refunds are arranged without difficulty.
