They are very thorough and try to make the painful experience of car repair simple. They are very professional and make sound recommendations. Without being asked, they replaced a belt in my van when the water pump failed in order to minimize the expense of replacing that in the long run (something that required lifting the engine from the mounts, which needed to be done for the water pump anyway).
