As I travel around different areas, I try to hunt out the best espresso shops. I'm mostly disappointed by hipster trendiness paired with suburban shots.

Not here. Bar 9 is perfect. I always test with a simple cappuccino. And although it was more milk than foam, the flavor was 100% perfect.

The steep $5 charge helps to pay for a living wage for its employees. I'm glad to help out.

Highly recommended.
