There's definitely better mac and cheese in NY, but this is a good mix of "purist" mac (i.e. old-school, simple, elbow pasta) made with unique ingredients, baked to perfection. I got the "Parisienne", made with brie and figs, which was as amazing as it sounds. Note: They have the traditional recipe for kids, but my picky eaters were not fans of the cornmeal breadcrumbs on top. I'll skip the breadcrumbs for the kids next time.
