i place a order on February, the guy Tony help me with it. but he didn't ask me the resale certificate which i has. then he charge me the tax couple hundred dollars. so i email him for the refund. it is a easy job to do the refund. i email them from time to time to check the status, more than 3 months. and now saying they can't refund me. ask me to file the tax refund end of the year. this is ridiculous. i never works with a company like that before. and will never work with this company anymore.
