If I could give CVPH Health Network zero stars I would. I have been trying for over a week to schedule an annual mammogram. Each time I called to schedule an appointment, I have been on the phone for at least a half hour with no results. I understand that because of COVID they are busy scheduling, but everyday, every second, they are on the phone scheduling? Really? The health community preaches getting an annual mammogram, but I can't even schedule one at CVPH Women's Imaging due to clerical? Is this encouraging people to be proactive with their health? NO!! Someone has dropped the ball. You should have anticipated a barrage of phone calls to schedule varies procedures. If Spectrum and Verizon can call me back, while keeping my place in line to schedule an appointment, why can't CVPH? Come on, do better!!
