Oakley is a great company to work. Unfortunately they disappoint me. During my orientation they speak about being a family and how they strongly believes in family and working with the company is joining the family.
Let me share something. During my time working with Oakley I start having some family issues divorce and custody battle during this time I stay on the road as much as possible even work on the Savannah account just to stay away from my wife who was fighting dirty. I informed Oakley and seek help trying to get legal advice. They gave me a phone number from the legal system that I pay weekly for, that legal department couldn t help me so I spoke to Magan and she gave me another phone number I didn t get any help from them either anyway things start turning around in my favor and one of my son came and live with me. Wife got really upset about it and made a report that I molested one of my kids. I was arrested on the job. This is where it get interested from the day I got arrested Oakley turn their back on me no one reached out to me no one tries to find out what s going on or how I m doing I was terminated the next day. $15,000 I have to pay the lawyer I ask Oakley for my job back and they turn me away. So I m saying to Oakley to practice what you preach. This is not how family suppose to be I m not looking for any hand outs I m a hard worker and my DM can vouch for me.
