I was with Telsco from 2010-2019 and made a switch to another home security provider for various reasons. I have never had a home security system until I originally signed up with Telsco. I switched because a friend is a dealer/rep with another company and they had a very good promotion to get a wireless system on a 2year contract. So I made the switch :::::::::::: we ll let me tell ya the grass is NOT greener on the other side. I have had continuous system errors and nothing but trouble with this new system. I am only6 months in to the 2 year contract but am already counting down the days to return my security needs to Telsco. There s something to be said about a company who is locally based and the ability to call in and speak with someone immediately I wish I was never convinced to leave Telsco..........as it s the biggest mistake I ve made when it comes to home security in 10 years!! With Telsco I never had issues and IF I did or IF I needed any service work; additions; changes. It was prompt; no waits or lengthy holds on the phone and service calls were set up quickly. Currently with new security provider calls times are an hour wait ; responses to repair are over a week to two week waits to just get a response with another week wait for appointment. I took Telsco for granted and am now paying the price; I even had my front door attempted kicked-in ironically while my new-current system (which is NOT through Telsco) while it was down for a week and I was waiting for a service call to come. Telsco was ALWAYS their for me and my family- I have already been let down by this current provider but am obligated for 18 more months. TELSCO I WILL BE BACK-IM SORRY I LEFT!
