Very dirty rooms and poor service for a hotel that...

Very dirty rooms and poor service for a hotel that refers to itself as a 4-star hotel. The food is poor and they forgot part of the order. Being able to eat and drink the whole day through room number, however, as soon as we wanted to go to bed, a call was made by reception if we wanted to come and pay. Reported that part of the order had been forgotten. Unfortunately the response was "very unfortunate". Then pay the full pound .. Bucket of ice blocks requested for the room, look in the glass I see a shattering metal .. We recommend this hotel without manager (has stepped on) off.
