I had just traveled over a day and a half 1,100+ miles to check out an area of the USA (Missouri) which I was unfamiliar with. Ed Montero was prompt, courteous and informative in the properties he showed me. He followed my previous request for what I was looking for and I was able to close the deal with an offer ( which was acepted a week later) turn around ( after 2-3 hours of investigation) and drive back home.
Now, I happily live in Jameson MO
