Review of LandAmerica / Nationwide Appraisal & Title company

Total incompetence.

Total incompetence.
The appraiser showed up over an hour late.
Must have been rushed because he didn't spend much time looking at the property.
Took 2 weeks to produce the report.
The number he came up with is absurd - not even close.
Not sure how these folks got accredited.
Whatever you do, don't let this company on your property. Take ANY alternative!

IF I HAD IT ALL TO DO OVER AGAIN I WOULD HAVE LEFT MY BANK FOR ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT USES A REPUTABLE APPRAISER. JUST NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
