Difficulty of communication, 3 WEEKS only to negotiate and create an art.
They do not guide customers. They say they make art and then they say they do not because what I wanted was specific.
And when I went to complain and suggest improvements to the above situations, they simply hinted that I am rude and said they would not make the product, so I could look for another company . Unfortunate! On the eve of the opening of my business, I was left in the hand by the "company". Disrespect with the customer.
