I've dealt with RockAuto for years. You can't beat their prices and selection but their customer service is non existent these days.
And their warranty exchange is burdensome.
Recently I purchased a power steering hose for my Saturn wagon. The hose I received was more than a foot longer than the original hose. I would have had to loop it around to make it fit, if I could get it to fit.
When I called RA I got the automated CS robot.
After going through the options the robot insisted that I received the correct part and that I would be charged return shipping.
To their credit they allowed me to return the part. Sad that there is no option to speak with a human. We probably could have worked something out? Also, the phone number they list on their website doesn't allow an option to speak to a human. All robotic, I guess that's how they keep their prices low?
I've recommended RA many times over the years. Thinking I might pay a little more and have some human options.
