Installers were great and did awesome work. The sales rep who came out to our house did measurements, gave us the quote, and he gave us misinformation. We had an insurance claim and he told us that our insurance company would only cover the damaged area and they would not pay him directly (he wanted me to pay for all repairs and for insurance to send me a check for everything except my deductible). All of this was not true - I had to call my insurance company and get them involved. In the future, he should let Summer at the Dallas office handle the insurance questions - she was awesome to work with. He also did not schedule the carpet when I wanted it installed. I didn't find out until I had furniture moved - my wife and I had to move everything back and do it all over again a week later. The whole experience would have been great if it wasn't for the sales rep.
