Checked my dad in last week around 8:30 pm, after long travel day from another state. He has been in some horrible places prior to this. EVERYONE from admissions process, to aides, nurses, rec therapist, asst administrator, social work, etc. has been enthusiastic, welcoming and over-the top providing of extra service. Can't wait to see what each visit reveals. No wonder they have won so many awards!!
