I had a major complaint regarding an aggressive cyst in my mandible that worsened as it developed a horrific infection that was resistant towards many antibiotics. I waited in throbbing, aching, burning, and numbing pain for 10 HOURS in the waiting room, only to then be told by a tech, that there s no guarantee that the doctor will be able to see me.
