I was a bit hesitant to depart from my mortgage consultant locally for an unknown internet-based service, but I really can't say enough about Stephanie. She answer every question (I had dozens) thoroughly, promptly and without any hint of impatience. She offered excellent advice during a highly volatile market, and she make the entire process not only far less costly (both in terms of fees and her rate), but it was actually far more convenient and easy than the refi's I've done in person.
