Love going here, but I had extremely rude customer service on the phone this evening. I called to change the number of guests and she cut me off. I needed to ask my wife if she was okay moving our reservation 30 minutes later to accommodate 2 more guests and the employee on the phone had no patience. I literally needed 10 seconds and Kiara just couldn t wait. I love Gilt Bar but your customer service needs a little work. Thanks for ruining our evening.
