I judge a company's attention to customer service on how they deal with problems. That is exactly why i just gave SAS 5 stars! Every time we have an issue, they just strengthen my belief in them even more. They go way above the call of duty to make sure our concerns are always taken care of, and their followup is awesome. They don't close a ticket until we are 100% satisfied! Special shout out to Courtney!
