My parents called to ask to fix the fireplace, and to see if they needed a new furnace. $1400 worth of repair. Ended up being $140 more than expected price. Two people had to come to the house. First person didn't know what they were doing. Second person lacked customer service. They are now asking for more money. What a shame, I wouldn't be surprised if the positive Google reviews were bought because we are extremely disappointed. Would never recommend!
