Maybe it's because I spent thousands there for service but I feel like the moot has changed over the years. People are friendlier and competent, technicians have time to show you what's wrong and service advisors really call you back. They have unhealthy snacks and free coffee in the waiting area, the facility is up to date. And so are the hourly rates for service.
