Trustworthy. We are very happy with this service. We recently created a box with them and had 4 new iPhone 12s shipped there. Everything worked exactly as described in AmForward's policies and FAQs. We received an e-mailed notice from AmForward within one hour of when UPS delivered the packages to AmForward and AmForward shipped out our phones to another address within 1 business day of our shipping request. Everything was done "by the book" and we are very pleased.
