The company is great and provides a lot of services. The staff is wonderful, except for a few staff; that have terrible attitudes but act nice in front of management. Diversity training is a big issue within the company and the staff are not reprimanded for their behavior in the workplace. They are put on pedestals and get away with pretty much anything imaginable. I experienced habitual conflict with several of the staff members. I decided to resign because I received an email from the administrator speaking unprofessionally about me via work email; that she meant to send to the clinical supervisor. An apology from her was only given and I was advised to move past the incident (along with the prior) and try to win the staff's respect. There was no need to continue working at a place where staff are allow to treat other staff unprofessionally and not reprimanded for their behavior. Prior to the incident, I sought to address the underline issues several times, but no meeting was held. Great company just be mindful of those few staff.
