We purchase a 2020 Grande 5rh wheel 35-5 z. Since we have had this 5th wheel we have had nothing but issue with quality of the product. Couch problem, Cabinet sloppy installation, bathroom door had to be fixed because of bent hinges and had to be sanded down, slide out hitting the island. Know we have found they missed on the side of the trailer the seam in back where the molding attached it missed the fiberglass and nothing is holding the seams together. Will be taking it in for repair but the response from Northwood was it is a walk in the park to repair. Without seeing this I think it is going to take more unless they will move the molding and make it look like a patch. We are taking it to Apache on August 15. The lack of quality control is terrible they say how the inspect thing but they are doing it like they use to do the job. This is the second unit we bought from them the other one had minor issues but that is normal. This unit is poorly constructed and quality control is not very good on this unit. This is not what we expect in a Northwood Product.
