I had an average experience with the Rancho Santo Niño. The customer service was satisfactory and the facilities were decent. However, I found the overall ambiance lacking excitement. The food at the restaurant was average at best and could definitely use some improvement. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful scenery surrounding the ranch. Overall, an average experience.
