Everything an elevated diner should be. Scratch-made, rich american comfort food packed with flavor but with deftness, balance, and nuance. Quality of ingredients shines through. Presentation was spot on. Only drawback was that our large party reservation was 30 min late. Strawberry Flapjacks and Grilled Cheese Benedict were unreal!
