Worst experience . pathetic atmosphere and seniors...

Worst experience . pathetic atmosphere and seniors don't know how to speak with an employee .They try to show up that they know everything as they have got promoted in 1year .What if the criteria of promotion is just 3 months for IJP?It's your freaking bullshit luck .Even the senior makes so much fatal errors in work as well English . complete waste of time.never join this organisation.No proper procedure.
