Definitely the worst. I bought an insurance with them and paid more than $700 out of almost $1400 for 6 months and used it for only a month(!). Then I cancelled this insurance and asked for refund. The agent dumped me and said to call to UAIC, which I did several times... No result. Then a lady from UAIC called me back and left me a voicemail that I'm going to get $450 refund which was correct amount for not using the insurance...

Eventually after few months of waiting I got a refund - 77 dollars! SO I PAID $700 IN ADVANCE FOR A DAMN MONTH! I sent them a letter asking to explain what a hell just happened. Never replied me back! If I call them they send me to the agent. I call the agent and the agent sends me back to the UAIC office! They keep kicking like this. By the way the agent who dumped me is TAGS INSURANCE in Dania beach, FL.

Horrible! Just horrible!
