My friend and I stopped in here on a sightseeing trip of London, and it was the best place to buy authentic gifts for friends back home in the U.S.! The tea is some of the best around, the department store has a few hundred years of history, the store associates are extremely helpful, and the restaurant/dining experiences are also great. We had savoury snacks and tea service at The Parlour on the 2nd floor, and they even remembered it was my friend's birthday and brought her a candle in her dessert!
