It took me more than 20 mins after I paid to get one cup of coffee since one of their staff kept chatting with other customers instead of doing his job. I suggest if they train their staff properly. Try not to multitasking if you are not able to. The first Starbucks in the world but gave me the worst experience in Christmas.
