It is hard to put into word the quality of service Zadok's provides.

Nancy was the representative who was helping me every step of the way. My girlfriend (now fiance) and I had gone to a few other jewelers, but always walked away feeling like they were just trying to make the sale and didn't want to help us find the right ring.

Nancy took the complete opposite approach to the situation. She listened to us and our preferences. She brought plenty of rings out to look at and even brought out raw diamonds to show us. We ended up finding the perfect stone for the ring I had chosen and just like that I had the perfect ring.

The reason I am choosing to write this review and will always recommend Zadok Jewelers and more importantly Nancy is because I never felt that I was being pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. Buying an engement ring is extremely special and you don't want to buy a ring hoping you will eventually like it. You want to buy a ring that you are totally in love with and Zadok and Nancy made that happen.
