Great location, but that's about it. The room was ...

Great location, but that's about it. The room was only superficially cleaned, the windows can not be opened and are leaking, the radiator does not work, the wallpaper is in many places dirty or broken. The room and bathroom are big but uncomfortable and very noisy.
