Not very pleased with how long it took to diagnose...

Not very pleased with how long it took to diagnose my car. I brought it in at 7:30am picked it up after 5:00 p.m. had to call to check on it because no one had called by 1:30 p.m. Called back to get pricing for repairs then was sent a text with diagnoses/pricing. The people are friendly but need to be more attentive to clients.
